The City of Oświęcim, Poland, which is known for being the site of the Auschwitz concentration camp, has been a member city of Mayors for Peace since 1993. The City is currently supporting the 19th edition of the international art competition: “Let’s Give Peace to the World”. Children and youth from 7 – 19 years old are invited to submit artworks that present their surrounding reality in an artistic way that expresses the right to live in a world free of wars.
