On IDP, a peace event for children was carried out in 46 primary schools and kindergartens in Carrières-sous-Poissy and two neighboring cities, in partnership with a civic group, Le Mouvement de la Paix (The Peace Movement). At the event, children painted pictures with the theme of peace and decorated trees with their hand-made paper cranes. These paper cranes will be sent to Hiroshima.
