2018 Hiroshima Seminar, International Christian University (ICU)

Eight Rotary Peace Fellowship Program students, enrolled in a master's course at International Christian University(ICU) and one professor and one coordinator visited Hiroshima as part of a field trip from March 7 (Wed) to 9 (Fri), 2018. This was the 16th field trip by ICU to Hiroshima since their first in 2003.

Students learned much about the realities of the atomic bombings through various activities such as visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, touring the Peace Memorial Park guided by a peace volunteer, listening to the testimony of an A-bomb survivor and attending lectures given by Prof. Yuasa from Hiroshima City University and Executive Director, Ms. Watanabe from ANT-Hiroshima.
