Hiroshima Peace Study Field Trip of Hiroshima Cosmopolitan University 2021
On November 6 (Sat), a class from Hiroshima Cosmopolitan University (Japan) carried out its Hiroshima Peace Study Field Trip as a part of the "Hiroshima no Kokoro (Spirit of Hiroshima)" course, which is recognized as a Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Study Course. The class visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and other related facilities.
41 first year students from the university's Faculty of Childhood Education visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, listened to the testimony of an atomic bomb survivor, and explored various monuments in Peace Memorial Park with Hiroshima Peace Volunteers to understand the realities of the atomic bombing and how to convey that to future students.
