Hiroshima Peace Study Tour 2018, Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI)
On June 9 (Sat.) and 10 (Sun), a class from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) (USA) carried out its second Hiroshima Peace Study Tour since it was recognized as Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Study Course in 2016. There were 13 participants: 11 students, one professor and one teacher.
They went around various monuments of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park guided by a peace volunteer and visited the Peace Memorial Museum. They listened to a testimony by Ms. Keiko Ogura, an A-bomb survivor, and to Recitation Sessions of Remembrances of A-bombing to understand the realities of A-bombing
