Eleven students, selected by the Rotary Club headquarters in the US, who are enrolled in a master’s course from the International Christian University (ICU) visited Hiroshima as part of a field trip from Monday, March 5 and Thursday, March 8, 2012. This was the tenth field trip by ICU to Hiroshima after their first trip in 2003.

They learned much about the reality of the atomic bombings through various activities including visits to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, listening to the testimony of an A-bomb survivor and a discussion with Chairman Leeper, Hiroshima Peace Culture Foundation.
