- Lecture series collaborate with Hiroshima and Nagasaki cities -
- Theme College on Peace Studies at Waseda sends to the world -

The 21st century started from heart-breaking news, such as war, violence, and ethnic collisions, such as 9-11 terrorism, Cosovo conflict, Afgan and Iraq wars, wars in Congo, starvation in African inland countries and N.Korea etc.
What is the "Peace" for us?
How do we maintain the "Peace"?
By what means, we can build "Peace"?
In order to answer these questions, professors from various schools in Waseda University gather and analyse, interdisciplinarily and synthetically, the problem of "Peace" from the viewpoint of politics, international relations, law, environmental science, biology, communication, culture, etc.
The lecture series is collaborated with Hiroshima and Nagasaki cities.
