: Mayors or representative of mayors of cities wishing the realization of the peaceful world
Sharing of expenses : Sponsor expenses
1) Participant lodging, meals, and transportation expenses during the Conference. (However, participants will pay a portion of their lodging.)
2) Lodging, meal, and transportation expenses for interpreters accompanying participants during the Conference.
* Conference interpreters are those hired to interpret between a conference language and a language the participant understands.

10,000 per person (Does not apply to interpreters hired by participants.)
2) Lodging co-payment
We ask that participants pay a portion of their lodging expense. These expenses differ with hotel class. Please see the attached Attendance Form for details.
